Rustdesk

Rustdesk is a Remote Access Software used by Rosemark Networks to administer support to our customers regardless of VPN connectivity status.

Installation and configuration

Download the latest version of Rustdesk from their official Github repository page. Download the 64-bit version MSI installer.
When prompted during the install, uncheck Install Rustdesk Printer.
After finishing the installation, from the Rustdesk main menu, select the hamburger menu (three lines near the window titlebar controls)
Select Network settings.
Press Unlock and select Relay/ID Server Settings.
Enter rd.rosemarknetworks.com as both the ID and Relay server.
API Server remains blank.
The key can be found on this secret page: Rustdesk public key. You cannot access this page unless you a Sysop user on this Wiki.
Press OK.
Go to Security settings and select Permanent Password. This will prompt you to set your permanent password.
Restart Rustdesk app.
Make note of Rustdesk ID.
